FLI’s planned Teacher Training Institute will offer professional continuing education experiences for “Master Teachers” at middle schools and high schools. This cohort of empowered advocates will, in turn, teach colleagues how to better integrate American religious history into social studies and civics classroom teaching.

Another FLI component—Publications—draws on the academic expertise and rich intellectual scholarship of affiliated scholars, lectures, and conference programs.

The Project will develop a suite of tailored Scripture engagement educational products and curricula for the general public, church congregations, intermediate and secondary school students, teachers in public and private settings, and colleges and universities.

Materials are accessible in podcasts and print and online formats. The first completed product is the Faith and Liberty Bible.

Produce Faith and Liberty in One Act Plays

JOIN THIS EFFORT

The power of a good story can be enhanced through Artistic Expressions; the Project has two in Phase I. The first is completing William Penn, the Musical. ABS and other partners provided $350,000 in initial funding. Completion at this stage will deliver a completed script and score, a dramatized audio recording that can be shared and/or sold broadly, and a premier performance. The content can then be provided or sold to schools, churches and regional theaters.

The second is a series of one-act dramatic interpretations of other key figures in the Faith and Liberty narrative like George Whitefield, Richard Allen, Sojourner Truth, and Jane Addams.
